THE FOUR PILLARS

MND MTR offers holistic therapies to help heal your body and allow a deeper connection to your mind. We want to guide you in unlocking the true potential of your mind and the undiscovered capabilities within yourself. We utilize four core principles in all of the experiences we provide to help you attain the connection you desire.

HEAT

Yoga, Sauna, Weight Lifting, Stretching -- these are all ways in which we intentionally generate heat within our bodies. By  producing heat, we increase circulation and welcome blood flow to places we most need it.

COLD

As we submerge the Cold Plunge, we cool down our bodies and challenge our nervous systems. This is our "stress training ground" where we learn to  harness our minds to overcome the cold. Reduced inflammation, improved mood, and boosted metabolism are only a few of the resulting benefits from doing so.

BREATH

The process of heating and cooling your body at extreme temperatures can exhaust your nervous system. Thus, it is imperative to regulate your body through your Breath. We provide guidance and practice through breathwork sessions to empower all participants in regulating their stress.

COMMUNITY

Self-Discovery is best enjoyed in the loving Company of Others. Events & Workshops will be group settings open to all interested in attending. We want to ensure all participants have the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and share them with others involved in the practice. We are not alone and do not have to go about our growth individually.
